Frequently asked

If something else isn't covered here, reach out — we read every message ourselves.

Do I need design or copywriting experience?

No. Adloryn generates both the imagery and the copy for every ad — your job is to review what it produces and decide whether it's right for your brand, not to design or write anything yourself. If something's off, you can swap the product or the hook and Adloryn regenerates it, rather than you starting from a blank canvas.

What happens if I reject an ad — does that data go anywhere?

Yes, deliberately. Rejecting an ad requires a reason, and that reason is stored and fed into next week's planning alongside real performance data (spend, CTR, ROAS) from ads that did publish. Adloryn reviews both together before writing the next batch of hypotheses — a rejection isn't just a dismissal, it's a signal the system actually uses.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Canva myself?

Those tools produce creative when you ask for it — you still have to decide what to make, brief it, and assemble it. Adloryn decides what to make in the first place, based on your actual catalog and performance history, then produces the finished ad without a prompt from you. The tradeoff is control for time: you're reviewing finished work on a weekly cadence instead of generating it prompt by prompt.

Is Adloryn only for online stores?

No. It works for any business with a website — software and apps, services, courses, local businesses and stores. If you have your own product and no Shopify, you can start from your website alone.

What platforms do you support today?

As the source: your own website, or a Shopify store. For publishing: Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and free posts) and Google Ads, where Adloryn creates the search campaign for you. Google Ads is included on the Growth and Scale plans.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Yes. You can run several brands or clients from one account and switch between them in a click. Each brand has its own brand kit, sources, channels and ads. Plans include from one to ten brands, and you can add more any time: each extra brand costs less than the one before, so the more you add, the less each one costs.

How does Adloryn decide what to advertise?

Every batch starts by reading your website or catalog and your ad accounts' recent performance — what's selling, what's converting, what's fatiguing. From that, it writes creative hypotheses (a persona, an angle, a hook, an offer) before generating anything, and you can see that reasoning on every ad in the "Why this ad" panel — it's not a black box handing you finished creative with no explanation.

Who do I pay for the ads themselves?

The ad platform. Your ad spend is billed by Meta or Google to the ad account you connect, and Adloryn never collects, holds or refunds it. Your Adloryn plan pays for creation credits, which cover Adloryn creating and posting your ads.

Is there a Japanese version?

Yes. The marketing site is written in Japanese at adloryn.com/ja, and the app itself can be shown in Japanese and 37 other languages from the language picker.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can change plans as your weekly ad volume needs change, or cancel outright, from your account settings — there's no lock-in contract.
